You will be the Security Representative Staff for the Industrial Security team. Our team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support, managing special access programs, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
Must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of security regulations, including prior experience drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, and Operation Documents.
Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Final Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a background investigation performed within the last five years.
Desired Skills:
Experience using JADE, SIMS, and DISS.
Experience in multiple operating environments including Collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information.
Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
