Description:Material Cost Analyst & Integrator (Level 2)
What You Will Be Doing
Join Lockheed Martin's legendary Skunk Works team as a Material Cost Integrator and play a key role in supporting mission critical Advanced Development Programs (ADP). You will work within the Program Finance team to manage material performance, analyze costs, and provide actionable insights that directly influence program decision making and business outcomes. This position offers exposure to a variety of financial management functions and provides a strong foundation for career growth within Lockheed Martin.
Key Responsibilities
• This role demands a unique blend of Program Finance and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise. It involves understanding material requirements, the flow of parts throughout the ERP system, and the associated financial implications.
• Manage end to end material costs and EV performance for a standalone Skunk Works program.
• Support Program Finance activities including material baselines, re baselines, Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC), variance analysis, reconciliation of actual costs, and creation of independent cost estimates.
• Reconcile material commitments and subcontractor costs with requirements identified in the Bill of Materials.
• Support internal and external program audits.
• Identify and rectify ERP system discrepancies.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP (basic level acceptable).
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Basic understanding of material inventory accounting and Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD).
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or Manufacturing Planning processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query, VBA/macros, etc.).
• Exposure to Deltek tools such as Cobra and OpenPlan.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work with raw data, transform it into actionable information, and present findings clearly in written or oral management reports.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
