You will be the Program Manager, F-22 DMS/STE for the Program Management Office which is responsible for driving the F-22 DMS/STE program forward.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher education, or equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Program or Project Management experience
• Experience in Aerospace Vehicle Systems development, production, and/or sustainment
• Experience working with matrix organizations in executing or proposing programs
• Cost Account Manager experience
Desired Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leaders
• Experience as a CAM across multiple contracts, programs, or control accounts
• Experience participating in EVM compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)
• Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data
• Experience working with F-22 System Program Office (JPO)
• Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management (Using ROADS)
• Experience in integration of complex and ambiguous program requirements
• Sustainment experience supporting a defense contract
• Active Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 years
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
