Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP MRO Consultant to support sustainment and operational activities within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes and be capable of supporting business users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA MRO processes and applications.
- Analyze and resolve production support issues related to maintenance and repair operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of MRO-related changes.
- Assist with integration activities across SAP modules and business processes.
- Develop functional documentation and provide end-user support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) business processes.
- Experience providing SAP production support and sustainment services.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience.
- Energy, Resources & Industrial (ER&I) industry experience.
- Experience with iMRO processes and solutions.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale SAP sustainment programs.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
