Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our growing team here at Connsci. This individual will be working closely with one of our clients and will be focused on both supporting recurring business operations as well as special projects.
In this role you will provide user support and troubleshoot software, hardware, and access issues, ensuring secure configuration, compliance, and reliable connectivity for agency personnel. In this role you may support both computers and mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets,
Responsibilities:
-Organize, prioritize, and assist with daily technical support in organizations with different support requirements.
-Provide technical support for agency issued mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.
-Provision, configure, and deploy mobile devices in accordance with agency configuration baselines and security policies.
-Troubleshoot and solve common network issues and hardware/software issues.
-Assist users with device setup including email, calendar, contacts, secure applications, and remote connectivity.
-Work with other technical teams to resolve large scale issues.
-Support secure remote access solutions including VPN connectivity and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
-Manage mobile devices using enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
-Perform remote device actions including lock, wipe, reset, and policy enforcement when devices are lost, stolen, or compromised.
Basic Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-At least 2 years of experience supporting IT service desk operations or mobile device administration in an enterprise or federal environment.
-CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, or equivalent certification.
-Current Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-1+ year of experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management platforms.
-1+ year of experience supporting iOS and Android operating systems.
-Experience supporting mobile security compliance and device lifecycle management.
