Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• SCOM or other enterprise monitoring tools
• Secure federal environment experience
• Coordination with DBA, developers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams
• Remote operations support and support outside normal hours for scheduled patching when required
• Experience supporting high-availability application operations and SLA-based support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 7+ years systems administration experience
• Windows/server operations and day-to-day maintenance
• Software installation, upgrades, automation, security maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and user/project technical support
• IIS configuration/administration and support to application environments
• Patch coordination, monitoring, access/account support, and production troubleshooting
