You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials and entry authorizations, and report security-related concerns involving visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles.
• Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders for armed assignments, and completing required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

• A concealed carry weapons permit is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
