M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead enterprise knowledge management (KM) strategy, processes, and technology solutions across the IMCOM-E enterprise. This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring organizational knowledge assets are identified, captured, and made accessible to Army stakeholders throughout Europe.

M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead enterprise knowledge management (KM) strategy, processes, and technology solutions across the IMCOM-E enterprise. Responsibilities
You will develop and drive the KM program for IMCOM-E, overseeing SharePoint-based repositories, SQL data structures, and Army-aligned knowledge governance frameworks that enable mission-critical decision-making.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement enterprise KM strategies, frameworks, and governance models aligned to Army doctrine.
- Administer and optimize SharePoint-based knowledge repositories, taxonomies, and search capabilities.
- Design and manage SQL-based data structures supporting knowledge base operations and reporting.
- Lead knowledge capture initiatives including after-action reviews, lessons learned, and best practice documentation.
- Identify organizational knowledge gaps and develop targeted KM solutions in coordination with Army leadership.
- Provide training to contract and government personnel on KM tools, processes, and technologies.
- Maintain and update the KM Program Plan as a required program deliverable.
- Ensure KM practices align with Army regulations and IMCOM-E policies.
- Obtain and maintain required DoD cybersecurity workforce certification at the Advanced level.

Qualifications
Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Secret clearance is required.
Education/Experience:
- BS degree in Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years progressive experience
- DCWF Work Role 431 - Advanced level certification per DODM 8140.03 (required within 30 days of applicable update).
- Microsoft SharePoint vendor certification (required).
- Microsoft Teams vendor certification (required).
- SQL certification or demonstrated proficiency (vendor cert required).
- Broad experience with KM best practices, methodologies, and technologies in Army or DoD enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated experience managing KM programs for large, complex organizations.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with experience producing executive-level KM plans.
