M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based collaboration portals and enterprise web solutions for U.S. Army Europe. This senior-level position requires expert-level SharePoint architecture, process automation, and web application development capability.

M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based collaboration portals and enterprise web solutions for U.S. Army Europe. This senior-level position requires expert-level SharePoint architecture, process automation, and web application development capability.
Responsibilities
You will serve as the lead SharePoint architect and administrator, building enterprise collaboration tools, automating business processes, and maintaining garrison web presence across the European theater.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, configure, and administer Microsoft SharePoint Server environments supporting Army enterprise collaboration.
- Build and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premises sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Develop process automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Administer Apache web server infrastructure supporting garrison web presence.
- Translate customer requirements into functional SharePoint architectures and workflow solutions.
- Maintain site security, permissions management, and IA policy compliance.
- Provide Microsoft Teams integration, channel management, and workspace configuration.
- Document all SharePoint solutions and configurations in accordance with program documentation standards.
- Maintain DCWF 632 Advanced certification currency per DODM 8140.03.

Qualifications
Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Secret Clearance is required.
Education/Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive software development experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or related discipline OR 3+ years of experience with a Master of Science degree in a related field.
- DCWF Work Role 632 - Advanced level certification per DODM 8140.03 (required).
- Microsoft SharePoint vendor certification (required).
- Microsoft Teams vendor certification (required).
- Demonstrated enterprise-scale SharePoint Server design and administration experience.
- Experience with Apache web server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proficiency with SharePoint-based process automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, or equivalent).
- Understanding of web application security and Army IA compliance requirements.
- U.S. Army or DoD enterprise IT environment experience strongly preferred.
