M.C. Dean is seeking a Senior End-User IT Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support to U.S. Army personnel across garrison locations in Europe. This senior-level position may serve as Alternate Program Manager in the PM's absence and requires both deep technical proficiency and demonstrated leadership capability.

You will provide Tier II/III technical support across Windows 11, M365, Azure, and mobile device environments while serving as a senior technical lead and backup Program Manager for the team.

You will provide Tier II/III technical support across Windows 11, M365, Azure, and mobile device environments while serving as a senior technical lead and backup Program Manager for the team.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide Tier II/III technical support for end-user hardware, software, and mobile devices across supported garrisons.
- Administer Windows 11 Enterprise environments, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tenant services.
- Manage Microsoft Azure cloud services for enterprise users.
- Provide full-spectrum technical support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
- Support Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs), wireless access points (WAPs), and mobile routers.
- Serve as Alternate Program Manager when the primary Program Manager is unavailable.
- Mentor and technically guide Intermediate-level End-User IT Support Technicians on the contract.
- Coordinate with AESD/ServiceNow to manage incident and service request queues.
- Maintain DCWF 411 Advanced certification currency per DODM 8140.03.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of electronic security systems or Associates with 8+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience or Master's Degree with 3+ years experience
- DCWF Work Role 411 - Advanced level certification per DODM 8140.03 (required).
- Microsoft Endpoint Administration vendor certification (required).
- Microsoft 365 Administration vendor certification (required).
- Demonstrated experience with Windows 11 Enterprise in a domain-joined enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory user and group management.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud-based identity services.
- Experience providing VTC technical support in a military or government setting.
- Experience supporting PEDs, WAPs, and mobile connectivity devices.
- OCONUS Army installation experience preferred.
