Job Summary
The OSINT Collector (Language Enabled) – Junior supports an intelligence program within the National Capital Region. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their cleared OSINT career who have strong language skills in Spanish and/or Mandarin and are eager to learn from senior collectors. The position involves conducting openâsource intelligence collection using MAS and OSINT tools and contributing to intelligence reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct basic openâsource intelligence (OSINT) collection using MAS and other OSINT platforms.
• Identify patterns, trends, and relevant data aligned with established intelligence requirements.
• Draft Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) with mentorship and review from senior OSINT collectors.
• Support the development of collection strategies and contribute to mission requirements.
• Follow established processes, classification guidelines, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to refine OSINT methodologies and practices.
Minimum Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin sufficient to support OSINT collection.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to learn new OSINT tools and follow structured guidance from senior staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced classified environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Recent CI or full-scope polygraph (not required but beneficial).
• Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, MAS tools, or prior intelligence coursework.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting intelligence products.
Contract Details
• Contract duration: Base year plus four option years (total 5 years).
• Expected start: Approximately one month after award (subject to government timelines)
