Programmer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Programmer, Junior to support a company focused on enterprise IT and cybersecurity solutions for federal defense networks. This position is on-site at Quantico, VA. The Programmer, Junior will support knowledge management initiatives by developing web-based tools and visualizations to improve data accessibility and operational insight. Join a mission-critical team enabling secure, efficient access to information for personnel supporting national defense operations.

Responsibilities for the Programmer, Junior include:

• Develop web-based, multi-user applications to track and audit personnel training, schedules, and permissions
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and customized reports to enhance data accessibility and decision-making
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft SharePoint and Active Directory environments
• Support full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and documentation
• Maintain and enhance .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server applications using best coding practices

Required Qualifications for the Programmer, Junior include:

• 2+ years of IT experience
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and SharePoint; familiarity with HTML, CSS, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks
• Active Secret Clearance
• Security+ (Sec+) certification

Compensation for the Programmer, Junior include:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law
