This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

- You will receive telephone calls and visitors, referring callers directly to the Director or redirecting them to more appropriate offices or subordinate branches.
- You will arrange for meetings, including reserving the locations, notifying participants and providing copies of handouts
- You will serve as the office POC for administrative matters such as emergency service, property inventories, telephone requests, notices, instructions, and reports. Requisition office supplies, equipment, and publications.
- You will make necessary arrangements for travel, arranging schedules of visits and notifying organizations and officials to be visited.
- You will manage calendars and schedules for Human Resources Director (HRD) and office use, such as leave calendars, conference room reservations, etc.
- You will receive incoming correspondence, screen material, prior to distribution for suspense dates, establishing controls, and following up for the Director.
- You will review correspondence for spelling, typographical errors, conformance to formats, and procedural requirements.
- You will utilize a personal computer, produce a wide variety of documents requiring use of advanced word processing functions to arrange complicated tabular or non-narrative material or to create complex formats.
- You will develop methods of automating various administrative reports containing data having multiple uses for other reports such as budget, travel, training, staffing, etc.
- You will track expenditures for labor, awards, training, and travel.
- You will coordinate the timely submission of budget estimates by HRO program managers and review estimates to ensure amounts requested are within established guidelines.
- You will consolidate and arrange estimates in proper form by cost function and cost class.
- You will be required to have the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

- Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled. ;
