Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source analysis of foreign C4I/C4ISR systems, networks, architectures, and operational capabilities.
  • Analyze adversary command and control, communications, ISR, targeting processes, and sensor-to-shooter timelines.
  • Assess foreign military use of ISR platforms, communications systems, data links, mission command systems, and integrated fires/targeting architectures.
  • Analyze foreign kill chains, kill webs, operational command structures, and information flows.
  • Evaluate adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and operational limitations.
  • Produce written intelligence assessments, briefings, reports, and analytic products supporting MCIA requirements.
  • Support customer-driven RFIs, production requirements, intelligence gap identification, and collection requirement development.
  • Coordinate with MCIA, DoD, Service Intelligence Centers, and IC mission partners.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques and validated methodologies to assess complex and technically advanced information.
  • Review analytic products for rigor, tradecraft, supportability, and clarity.


Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience related to C4I, C4ISR, all-source analysis, ISR analysis, targeting, military systems analysis, command and control analysis, communications analysis, or related intelligence functions.
  • At least a portion of the relevant experience must be within the last 2 years.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of C4I/C4ISR activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work on-site at MCIA, Quantico, VA.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Marine Corps, DoD, Service Intelligence Center, or Intelligence Community missions.
  • Experience analyzing foreign military communications, ISR systems, targeting processes, kill chains, kill webs, or sensor-to-shooter workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools or systems such as MIDB, M3, BODHI, FADE/MIST, JADOCS, PRISM, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Google Earth, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting operational planning, collection requirements, targeting, or C4ISR capability assessments.
