Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, professional technician to install 1 kiosk at FAI on 7/7. The technician should be comfortable working with/around the POCs, following installation procedures, and providing basic user training to ensure all kiosks are fully operational before departing the site.
**ALL instructions will be given along with a helpful training video. POC info will be given once you are selected. You will have access to our IT Support onsite for the whole installation.
Meet onsite TSA representative at the scheduled location and time.
Access the kiosk staging area and uncrate the unit in a non-disruptive location.
Transport the kiosk to the assigned checkpoint (if not already there).
Install the kiosk, including:
Connect power and network
Secure cables as needed
Apply privacy screen protector
Install tablet
Remove wheels and store inside the unit
Assist POC with application testing.
Assist with camera focusing as needed.
Confirm the installation, testing, and training are complete.
Get sign off doc completed and depart the site.
The rate includes $25 for parking!!
