Program Overview
The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 7 - Enterprise Architecture (EA) - provides architecture governance, data management, and IT planning services that ensure ARNG's enterprise systems and infrastructure remain structurally aligned with current and future mission objectives. This task area oversees infrastructure architecture, network design, capacity planning, policy and compliance, and DoDAF viewpoint development, supporting the ARNG G6's ability to make sound, architecture-driven decisions for the modernization and consolidation of its enterprise IT environment
Position Summary
ECS is seeking a SharePoint Administrator - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the ARNG EA SharePoint repository, ensuring that architecture documentation libraries are well-organized and accessible to authorized users. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with Army documentation and security standards, contributing to the broader enterprise program by maintaining efficient knowledge management and documentation processes.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ARNG EA SharePoint repository to support enterprise documentation needs.
- Manage architecture documentation libraries, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Oversee access permissions and enforce version control to maintain data integrity and security.
- Implement archival processes in compliance with Army documentation standards.
- Ensure that EA artifacts are organized and accessible to authorized stakeholders.
- Support records management and maintain configuration control of architecture artifacts.
- Align documentation management practices with frameworks such as DoDAF and TOGAF.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Army governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CND, GFACT, GSEC, Security+
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in administering enterprise collaboration platforms within DoD or Federal IT environments
- Demonstrated experience managing SharePoint environments for enterprise documentation and knowledge management
- Proven ability to organize and maintain structured repositories for technical artifacts and program deliverables
- Experience in managing user permissions and access controls in compliance with Government standards
- Experience supporting enterprise architecture documentation aligned with DoDAF and TOGAF
Desired Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with Army-specific documentation and security standards
- Familiarity with the Army National Guard's enterprise architecture framework
- Strong understanding of configuration management and version control processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a DoD environment
