Introduction

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM/FI Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP HCM and FI integration, with a strong focus on Business Partner replication and financial reconciliation. This role requires occasional travel to Ottawa, ON, and candidates must hold a Reliability Clearance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• SAP HCM and SAP FI Integration
• Business Partner (BP) Replication Configuration
• SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
• General Ledger (GL) Support and Financial Reconciliation
• Cutover Planning and Execution
• Profit Centre and Segment Configuration
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• SAP HCM Payroll and Organizational Management integration knowledge
• Public Sector/Government project experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Business Partner (BP) replication processes.
• Test and validate all HCM/FI integration touchpoints.
• Support migration activities from Business Areas to Profit Centres and Segments.
• Provide SAP FI and General Ledger support for financial reconciliation activities.
• Assist with cutover planning, execution, and post-cutover stabilization.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful integration and data consistency.
• Support issue resolution, testing, and reconciliation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
