Program Manager

Overview

As the Program Manager working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will perform complex tasks independently and complete assigned tasks on time and to a standard that is satisfactory or better. You will be expected to provide guidance and oversight to contractors at the junior and mid level.

This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of and management of the project to include budgeting, performance, and client satisfaction
• Lead and supervise teams, utilizing skills in both program management and engineering management capacities
• ⁠Coordinate with stakeholders as directed to obtain funding data, resolve issues, identify discrepancies, and produce reports
• Assist in processes and procedures for project identification, evaluation, and prioritization
• Provides guidance and oversight to team at the junior and mid experience levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field OR preferred years' experience (15 years of professional experience)
• Minimum of 12 years professional experience
• Experience in supervisory roles overseeing a Navy Project Management
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• 20% travel

Preferred:

• Master's degree in science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years professional experience
