You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Production Operations and Quality team. Our team is responsible for financial analysis, cost & schedule management, and proposal pricing support for the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons (ADSW) Line of Business.

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems. Cost management and estimating experience in a production or financial environment. Knowledge of general production and quality processes. Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of Internal and External Customers

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs) and Hours per Unit (HPU) charts.
- Develop and maintain cost and schedule forecasts for ADSW programs.
- Support proposal pricing and cost-prevention activities.
- Identify and recommend cost-reduction initiatives through Kaizen and Lean events.
- Prepare manpower detail reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
