What You Will Be Doing
You will be a Material Business Analyst assigned to the F16 Production Finance portfolio within the Integrated Fighter Group organization. This position will support developing financial baselines with a focus on Material Management. The role will require data mining, EAC and data analysis and engaging with the Control Account Managers to establish material cost baselines. Additionally, this role will require involvement with material breakpoint and pegging analysis and proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve contract performance and program outcomes.

• Collaborate with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

You excel at working with large data sets, performing data mining and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) analyses, and developing accurate financial and material cost baselines that support program success. Your ability to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities enables you to provide valuable insights that drive informed business decisions and improve contract performance.
You are a collaborative partner who works effectively across functions, building strong relationships with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, FP&A teams, and other stakeholders. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you can translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations and ensure alignment across teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, proactive thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement contribute to achieving program and organizational objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
• Experience with SAP, Deltek, or similar business systems
Desired Skills:
• Experience budgeting and tracking material
• Experience with monthly ETC and EAC analysis with material
• Understanding of Breakpoints and how Detailed Pegging works
• Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP) including Manufacturing Earned Value-Material (MEV-M)
• Experience developing and using MS Excel pivot tables, lookups, and databases to obtain data and develop reports
• Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
