What You Will Be Doing
You will be a Material Business Analyst assigned to the F16 Production Finance portfolio within the Integrated Fighter Group organization. This position will support a myriad of program finance functions; including breakpoint and detailed pegging analysis, establishing / managing program cost baselines, EAC Analysis, conducting Earned Value analysis including determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, reconciliation of actual cost accounts, and variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets including Cobra and PM Compass. This role requires data mining and data analysis expertise as well as presenting those findings to management. Additionally, in this role you will support and mentor early career team members.
This position requires the ability to collaborate and effectively partner with program leadership, Global Supply Chain management, Control Account Managers and other financial stakeholders to drive strong financial performance. This role also requires translating complex financial data into clear insights that support decision-making. You will ensure the program has accurate financial baselines, risk assessments, and reporting. Additionally, this position will require proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve contract performance and program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure contracts have sound material cost and financial baselines
• Conduct financial risk assessments and ensure accurate financial forecast
• Collaborate with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the contracts financial performance and identify areas for improvement

You possess a strong ability to work with large data sets, perform complex financial analyses, and translate data into meaningful insights that support business and program decisions. Your expertise in financial planning, risk assessment, cost baseline management, and variance analysis enables you to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive strong program performance.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and build effective partnerships with program leadership, Global Supply Chain, Control Account Managers, FP&A teams, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college
• Experience with SAP, Deltek, or similar business systems
Desired Skills:
• Experience budgeting and tracking material
• Experience with monthly ETC and EAC analysis with material
• Understanding of Breakpoints and how Detailed Pegging works
• Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP) including Manufacturing Earned Value-Material (MEV-M)
• Experience developing and using MS Excel pivot tables, lookups, and databases to obtain data and develop reports
• Knowledge of Earned Value (EV) applications and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
• Familiarity with contract and proposal processes, including various contract types (e.g., FPIF, CPIF, FFP)
• Experience with program management, including program execution and control
• Experience with change management and process improvement
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
