Job Description
We are seeking a cleared Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support short-term TDY operations (2–6 weeks) in a secure environment. This role requires hands-on warehouse support, material handling, and transportation of equipment while maintaining strict compliance with security and logistics protocols.
This is a temporary deployment role with per diem and housing provided.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $35–$40/hour
Per Diem: Provided during TDY
Housing: Provided
Duration: 2–6 weeks (TDY assignment)
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Load/unload delivery trucks and stage materials within the warehouse
Store and organize inventory for efficient space utilization
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Coordinate shipment schedules and track outbound deliveries
Transport materials and equipment between locations using company vehicles
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, site procedures, and security protocols
Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse operations
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance (required)
Valid CDL (U.S. required; German CDL preferred)
Experience in warehouse logistics, material handling, or supply chain operations
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and vehicles
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently in a secure, fast-paced environment
Physically able to lift and move materials as required
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting TDY or overseas logistics operations
Experience in cleared or government warehouse environments
Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, etc.)
Work Environment
Warehouse and logistics operations in a secure/cleared setting
Short-term TDY assignment with potential for future deployments
May require extended hours and flexible scheduling to meet mission needs
