What You Will Be Doing
• End to End Proposal Management - Develop and maintain integrated proposal schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures; ensure all proposal milestones are hit on time.
• Team Coordination - Lead cross functional proposal teams (engineers, program managers, finance, legal) through daily stand ups, review cycles, and final red team rehearsals.
• Continuous Improvement - Capture lessons learned after each award/lose, refine proposal processes, and implement best practice tools (e.g., proposal management software, templates).

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience developing technical proposals for government or commercial contracts
• Experience with a Proposal/BOE development tool suchas APTS, GenBOE, etc
• Experience coordinating across multiple functions orengineering teams
Desired Skills:
• Strong proven and demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated self-starter requiring minimal supervision with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• F-22 Modernization or F-22 sustainment experience
• Experience with Capture Management or Business Development processes.
• PMP, PMI ACP, or other recognized project management certification

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
