Junior Construction Surveillance Technician / Access Control Spe

SMX is searching for a Junior Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) / Access Control Specialist to support our government client at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Monitor secure entry points to ensure only authorized individuals access restricted areas.
• Verify credentials and maintain detailed logs of all personnel entering and exiting secure zones.
• Maintain, organize, and update all required security paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Capture photographs of work areas to document construction progress as requested by project management.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any irregularities, unauthorized access attempts, or security concerns.
• Follow all site safety and security procedures to support a controlled and compliant work environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain Top Secret
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• The ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload

$22 - $29 USD
