Database Engineer

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Database Engineer for a contract opportunity in Huntsville, AL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Must have a secret clearance
• 4-6 years of related work experience

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Logistics Product Data (LPD) Support - Partner with the LPD team to develop Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), Logistics Product Data, and Logistics Operational Risk Analyses (LORA) for government deliverables.

• Cataloging & Provisioning - Create and maintain catalog and provisioning data, interpreting technical data packages and engineering drawings to ensure accurate product representation.

• GEIA-STD-007 Reporting - Generate and manage GEIA-STD-007 compliance reports and provisioning Bills of Materials to support O&S activities.

• Cross-Functional Architecture Integration - Work directly with hardware and software engineers to review system architecture inputs, ensuring SLICwave accurately reflects supply chain, line-replaceable units (LRUs), and field-spare requirements.
