Software Engineer and Data Analyst
Act as a general-purpose Software Engineer and Data Analyst for a fast-paced mission-focused team where you will design, develop, and integrate solutions enabling a high priority Operations customer. You will work closely with Analysts, Operators, and other Software Engineers to integrate AI/ML technologies and develop rapid prototypes supporting the mission.

Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 additional years without degree
Location: Columbia, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Salary Range: $138,000 - $163,000

You will work closely with Analysts, Operators, and other Software Engineers to integrate AI/ML technologies and develop rapid prototypes supporting the mission.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders and determine the applicability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
- Develop automated analysis and triage across various collection techniques.
- Experience with platforms, machine learning, and AI tooling.
- Production-grade software development experience in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience deploying and managing production services in a fast-paced environment.
- Service containerization and deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience developing with agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
- Experience with additional programming languages (Java, C).
- Experience prototyping web applications with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue).
- Analyzing cyber security-related data sets (Network Traffic, OS events).
- Knowledge of end-to-end signals intelligence collection and analysis systems.
- Experience with production advanced security operations capabilities and operations.
