About The Role
The Joint Intelligence Analysis & Production Lead (A&P Lead) serves as Peraton's senior analytic quality authority embedded within the USCYBERCOM J2 Directorate. This leader reports to the Peraton Program Manager for all contract and corporate matters while functioning as a trusted extension of J2 analytic leadership - upholding production standards, ensuring analytic excellence, and serving as the connective tissue between Peraton's quality commitments and the government's analytic mission. The A&P Lead maintains the trust and confidence of both chains of authority through consistent, mission-first performance.
Reports to the Peraton Program Manager for contract and corporate matters. Integrates directly with J2 analytic leadership to uphold production standards and ensure analytic excellence across the Directorate. Serves as the connective tissue between Peraton's quality commitments and the government's analytic mission, maintaining the trust and confidence of both chains of authority.

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides for the highest-level quality review for all JIOC/JOC analytic products, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and actionability prior to dissemination.
- Ensures full compliance with ICD 203 analytic standards across all production activities within the J2 Directorate.
- Pursues production excellence in accordance with DIA Style Manual guidelines, enforcing consistent formatting, sourcing, and tradecraft standards.
- Evaluates production trends across the analytic workforce, identifying systemic issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Analyzes data on production timelines, error rates, product relevance, actionability, and accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
- Develops tailored growth paths for individual team members based on performance data and mission requirements.
- Delivers specialized training on analytic tradecraft, production standards, and emerging cyber intelligence methodologies.
- Ensures skills currency and compliance across the analytic workforce, tracking certification and training requirements.
- Coordinates with J2 leadership to align analytic production priorities with command operational requirements.
- Serves as the primary Peraton liaison for analytic quality matters, representing contractor performance standards to government leadership.
- Identifies and implements best practices from across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to mature cyber intelligence production capabilities.
- Supports onboarding and mission-readiness assessments for incoming analytic personnel.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience. Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or lead analytic role. Demonstrated experience with DIA or USCYBERCOM production standards required.
- Bachelor's degree required in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Must have TS/SCI W/CI Poly
- Expert-level knowledge of defense intelligence enterprise standards and analytic production requirements.
- Expert proficiency in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) methodologies applied to intelligence production.
- Deep expertise in maturing Cyber intelligence capabilities within a joint environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ICD 203 analytic standards and their application.
- Extensive experience applying DIA Style Manual standards to intelligence products.
- DoD 8140 IN-111 Advanced Proficiency Certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting USCYBERCOM or a USCYBERCOM component command.
- Familiarity with Tripwire, Palantir, MIDB, NPW, and MARS production platforms.
- Meets DoD 8140 requirements for All-Source Analyst (DCWF IN-111) at the Advanced proficiency level.
- Background in cyber threat analysis and adversary tradecraft assessment.
