• Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.

• Role Players fulfill scenario-based training and will be required to take direction from instructors and coordinators, as well as read and understand each of the training exercises conducted for the benefit of students in training. The specific roles and responsibilities will be identified prior to the start of each course running and the requirements will be provided before each course/exercise. For each role player exercise, the role player will be provided written guidance (scripts) that includes but is not limited to a description of the role, scenarios, expected student outcome of the interaction, anticipated student questions, and expected role player answers. Length of exercise assignments range from 1 - 2 days

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Previous experience as an Operations Officer
• Ability to understand the script concept and interact with the overarching scenario
• Excellent critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and sound operational judgement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in Intelligence Community environment

• Overseas experience supporting operations including in high threat areas
• Foreign language skills
• Previous experience as a Role Player

$103.17 to $126.11 hourly

This range is for the Virginia area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.



KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
