We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers at MCAS Beaufort SC to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Security Representative Associates, providing support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs associated with the F-35. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoD Manual 5205.07 and Vol 4 / JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

The F-35 Program Security Representative Sr. is a critical intermediate level position located at MCAS Beaufort SC. As a Senior Security Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts of the F-35 program. This will involve leading the following focus areas:

Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) for an Active Duty USMC F-35B Fleet Replacement Squadron. In this capacity your responsibilities will include:

-Provide support to the Squadron GSSO and local PSOs, as required.

-Conduct program briefs, debriefs, and security training.

-Oversee physical security of assigned F-35 facilities at MCAS Beaufort.

Oversee the SAP accountability program.

-Security participation in the Pilot Training Center and USMC F-35 Squadrons' integration and sustainment activities.

-F-35 specific Special Access Program support, and the overall execution of contractual security requirements.

-Control access to all F-35 facilities, providing escort when required, and assisting in the planning, evaluation and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities and Operations IAW current program and regulatory guidance.

-Provide assistance to other security team members, as appropriate.

-Perform other Security Generalist duties in support of key GOV stakeholder, the F-35 Pilot Training Center, and USMC F-35 Squadrons as required.

-Other duties as assigned.

These positions will primarily be assigned to First Shift. On occasion, incumbents will be required to work first- or second-shift assignments and adhere to non-standard schedules that differ from the primary shift for which they were hired and could include weekends due to mission requirements. Additionally, occasional business travel-including deployment and detachment support in demanding or austere environments-may be mandated to sustain F-35 security operations outside MCAS Beaufort SC. May be required to work at deployed locations, work rotating shifts, and work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Basic Qualifications:

Final transferable SECRET clearance with closed investigation date within 5 years or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program with the ability to maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI if/when mission requirements dictate.

Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP's)

Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).

In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.7 and Volume 4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.

Experience working on Special Access Programs.

Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS).

Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excell and Access and other Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge and experience authoring Standard Operating Procedures / Facility Operating Procedures (SOP / FOP) documents.

Knowledge and experience executing Self-Inspection's (SI) and executing preparations for Higher Headquarters Compliance Inspection. Authoring Corrective Action Plans and tracking closeout actions for inspection reports.

Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.

Prior experience as a CSSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, ASM, or PSR.

Experience with conducting thorough investigations of security violations and coordinate corrective actions.

Prior experience with GSA containers and document control.

Experience working in a dynamic military environment and being able to successfully interact daily with senior ranking military officers, enlisted and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism.

Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military flying operations environment.

Access Control and Physical Security experience ability to perform assigned tasks.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
