Trainer

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Trainer to develop training processes and materials for a large intel program in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. You will be responsible for planning, programming, and conducting instructional design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.  Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical natureAdminister virtual trainingsPlan and build workshops and seminars Create comprehensive distance learning presentationsEvaluate current trainings and procedures to improve training methods. This position requires a certain amount of travel.
