Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Analyze, correlate, and operationalize threat intelligence for proactive cyber defense.
• Conduct data analysis and network forensics.
• Utilize Elasticsearch and Splunk for security information and event management.
• Create data visualizations and articulate requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop detailed technical reports and presentations.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $288k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert with deep domain knowledge in specific global threat areas.
• Analyze, correlate, and operationalize threat intelligence to support proactive defensive cyber activities.
• Collaborate with a team of cyber analysts to pinpoint and prevent advanced persistent threats (APTs).
• Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools such as Elastic/Splunk for data analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Perform log file analysis and create comprehensive threat intelligence reports indicating findings, mitigations, and confidence.
• Work with development teams to articulate requirements and enhancements for capabilities and tools.
• Document findings, create detailed reports, and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply advanced analytics, network diagrams, and associated knowledge to understand systems, networks, environments, and adversaries.
• Possess superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Experience working with IC mission cybersecurity analysts on understanding the adversary and developing mission-specific TTPs.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
