Results-driven Administrative and Supply Specialist providing comprehensive office, facilities, and production control support, including front desk operations, vendor coordination, purchasing card management, and inventory tracking for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP). Integrates administrative, supply, and production control functions by managing data reporting, material tracking, scheduling, and operational coordination to ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and mission readiness.

Integrates administrative, supply, and production control functions by managing data reporting, material tracking, scheduling, and operational coordination to ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and mission readiness.
Position is contingent upon award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- This position i s located on Saipan (CNMI) with the KBR PMO team . No relocation allowance authorized.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining vendor files, and processing mail.
- Manage office supplies, create shipping labels, and coordinate FedEx pickup and delivery.
- Maintain and reconcile the corporate purchasing card, ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Support inventory tracking and maintain systems for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP), including EQIP or similar platforms.
- Assist with facility operations, office allocations, furniture coordination, and maintenance or repair requests.
- Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors for facility upkeep and system improvements.
- Compile and record production and supply data, including material usage, inventory levels, and production output.
- Analyze and calculate production metrics such as quantities produced, materials consumed, defect rates, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports, work schedules, and documentation based on established guidelines and operational priorities.
- Maintain records of inventory, prepare requisitions for supplies, and support procurement processes.
- Develop charts, graphs, and reports for management visibility into production and supply operations.
- Distribute work tickets, track labor hours, and support payroll-related data reporting when required.
- Support leadership with reporting, timekeeping, and adherence to contractual and operational requirements.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and general facility or warehouse support as needed.
- Work in varying environmental conditions including office, warehouse, and operational settings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related administrative, supply, production control, or operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Working knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, production control, and administrative processes.
- Experience with corporate purchasing cards, vendor invoice processing, and procurement support.
- Familiarity with automated supply systems (e.g., GCSS-A) and inventory tracking tools.
- Knowledge of government property accountability and compliance procedures.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (minimum 3 years residency).
- Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain required clearance (NACI/Secret or higher).
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Valid passport required with at least 12 months validity and 6 blank pages.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCSS-A Certification.
- Production Control experience (3+ years preferred).
- Prior experience in Army logistics (MOS 92 series) or civilian equivalent.
- Experience supporting both administrative and supply chain/operations environments.
