Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a company focused on delivering mission-critical cybersecurity and AI initiatives within the National Security space. This position is on-site at Arlington, VA. The Program Manager will drive coordination, operational execution, and executive-level communication across high-priority DoD cybersecurity programs. Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:
- Support executive leadership by serving as a key advisor to the AI Cybersecurity Office, enabling informed, timely decisions
- Oversee program operations, aligning daily tasks, priorities, and deliverables with government objectives
- Track action items, risks, milestones, and dependencies across RMF and cybersecurity workstreams
- Coordinate communication across multiple organizations and leadership levels to ensure alignment and clarity
- Develop executive-level materials including reports, briefings, quad charts, and summaries
Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include:
- 10+ years of experience providing executive-level support, program planning, or advisory services within the DoD or federal environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive briefings
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret clearance required
Compensation for the Program Manager include:
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
- Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law
