Within Global Supply Chain, we play a critical role in enabling program execution by developing supplier strategies, managing risk, driving affordability, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services that support our customers' most important missions.
THE WORK
This position is for the Manager of the Global Supply Chain team supporting the F-35 Support Equipment portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing supply chain professionals responsible for the successful capture, planning, and execution of Support Equipment requirements supporting the F-35 program.
You will provide leadership and oversight for procurement and subcontract activities, proposal and capture efforts, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and program execution. Working closely with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and supplier partners, you will help ensure affordability, schedule performance, quality, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, employee development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while supporting both current and future business objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance
- Min 8+ years related experience
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams & solving complex problems
- Experience leading teams, projects, programs, and/or strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement or subcontract activities.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, or Finance organizations.
- Experience utilizing business metrics and data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work on-site 50% of the time
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
- Experience leading cross-functional supplier management teams
- Leads team to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Work with cross-functional leadership and peers to ensure timely issuance of PO's and deliveries.
- Work is performed without appreciable direction.
- Effects of decisions are long lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR and acquisition procedures such as LMAP and CAP
-Experience supporting new business capture.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
