Description:The position will directly support the Quality Ground Regulations Assurance Aeronautics Corrective Action Lead reporting directly to the Director of Program & Business Quality in Fort Worth, Texas. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and continually improving performance in the areas of RCCA, Corrective Action Systems (PCAMS) and Processes.
The successful applicant must have working knowledge of DCMA 8210.1, AS9100D, QADs, ICA, PCAMS, Business Object, WordPress, MyAccess, Tableau and have the ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action utilizing quantitative/qualitative analytical capabilities to communicate and influence others in a concise, data driven manner.
Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Practical experience in developing Corrective Action Plans
- Strong communication skills including the ability to interface effectively with executive leadership on strategic and tactical issues affecting the quality of products and services
- Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions, set priorities and provide succinct direction in a dynamic business environment
- Demonstrated record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal and external customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and drive change
- Strong working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis and process management
Desired Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering
- Demonstrated familiarity and proficiency with Q&MS systems, F-35 Production and Sustainment processes specifically in the areas of WordPress, Tableau, QADs, Apriso, PCAMS
- Demonstrated quality management system understanding and quality science expertise in one or more of the following areas: statistical analysis & process control, sampling, six sigma, FAI, PPAP, PFMEA, process auditing or validation, root cause analysis and corrective action validations
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Certification, and/or related Technical Background/Experience
- Ability to handle a large amount of responsibility and autonomy with demonstrated effective development of plans and execution of assignments
- Demonstrated Presentation skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build consensus, shape/influence opinions
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Ability to give, receive, and act on critical feedback

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
