THE WORK
You will be responsible for providing the Lockheed Martin site manager located at the Aegis Test Team in Bath, with project and manpower planning support, budget implementation, monitoring support, administrative functions, and office support management.
Duties will include:
• Develop and maintain manpower and budget
plans
• Support site manager with cost and schedule
variance analysis
• Support site manager in conduct of monthly
financial reviews
• Assist site manager with weekly and monthly
activity and status reports
• Assist site manager with weekly and monthly
presentations support.
• Support site manager with control account
manager (CAM) responsibilities
• Support senior engineer planner
• Provide on-site coordination for visit requests,
travel requests, and security clearances.
• US Citizenship is required. You must be able to
obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance
prior to starting this position.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
including; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in financial management concepts
such as budget planning, resource planning, cost
and schedule variance analysis, etc.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast
paced environment and work with minimal
supervision.
• Some travel may be required
• Work will be conducted at naval managed sites,
shipyards, and other facilities. The ability to work
in an industrial environment and shipboard
where access if often by stairs, ladders, and in
confined spaces, is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD
Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Good communications skills, both verbal
and written, with good technical writing skill set
• Proven work experience finding solutions to
challenging issues while under pressure.
• Related work experience in earned value
management or similar system
• Experience with data analysis, budget
planning, and manpower knowledge
• Familiar with earn value management (EVM)
terms such as ACWP, BCWS, BCWP, ETC, EAC
• Knowledge of control account manager (CAM)
responsibilities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
