Description:What You Will Be Doing:
Lockheed Martin Global Readiness Solutions (GRS) Maintenance, Upgrades, and Overhaul (MUO) Team seeks a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Performance and Effectiveness (P&E) team to apply and execute Earned Value methodology as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Sustainment Lines of Businesses (LOBs). CAM responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and performance of contracts supporting the modification and sustainment of post DD-250 aircraft: fielded F-22 aircraft delivered to the customer. Core responsibilities will include creating and managing control accounts and work packages, establishing charge lines including WBS Elements and internal labor serial numbers (I/Os), adhering to monthly business rhythm tempos including baselining new scope, submission of Estimates at Completion (EAC), Variance (VAR) dispositions, Schedule Forecast Accuracy (SFA) inputs, and reporting performance metrics to varying levels of leadership within the organization. In addition, the selected candidate will develop and submit Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for future Lockheed Martin Aeronautics proposals.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Project or Program Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar discipline.
CAM (Control Account Manager) or Financial experience
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or cost, schedule, performance management
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, time management
Collaborative, team-player
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to obtain a U.S Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Program and/or Project management experience
Experience as a Production or Sustainment Control Account Manager (CAM) in the Aerospace Industry
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for Department of Defense (DoD) Contracts
Familiarity with F-22 Contracts and/or Business Management
Experience with scheduling applications Microsoft Project and/or OpenPlan
Experience with SAP
Familiarity with LM Aero's EVMS Tool Suite

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
