Job Description
We are looking for talented DevSecOps Engineers at multiple experience levels to support mission-critical Department of Defense programs. You will design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that directly support national security objectives. What You Will Do
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Develop, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, testing, scanning, and release automation
• Integrate security controls, compliance checks, vulnerability scanning, and automated testing into DevSecOps pipelines
• Support cloud security hardening, configuration management, monitoring, logging, and remediation activities
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform modules, automation scripts, and documentation
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support secure development practices, compliance requirements, and authorization activities
• Develop reusable pipeline templates, Terraform modules, scripts, and automation frameworks
• Document technical designs, deployment processes, pipeline configurations, and operational procedures
• Participate in technical reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Experience building, maintaining, or troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices including automated builds, testing, deployment, security scanning, and compliance validation
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Experience using AI tools to assist with pipeline development, scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience working on DoD, federal, or regulated cloud environments
• Experience with security automation, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code, or automated remediation
• Proficiency with tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Vault, SonarQube, Checkov, Trivy, Snyk, or Prisma Cloud
• Experience with STIGs, RMF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, or DISA cybersecurity requirements
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
