Construction Surveillance Technician
***This position requires an active Secret Clearance to qualify***
DOD CAC must be obtained
Must be a U.S. Citizen
The Construction Surveillance Technician will be required to provide high-level support and understanding of the site security requirements, construction surveillance, CSP compliance, ICD-705 awareness, and site-specific P-614 requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Construction Surveillance Technician: $
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Construction Surveillance Technician Responsibilities Include:
- Intrusion Detection System installation
- Adhere to the requirements of Construction Security Plan, site specific procedures, P-164, reporting expectations, access control and construction surveillance procedures and equipment.
- Review documentation to ensure that required documentation is complete and usable for the maintenance and operations of the facility.
- Coordinates with facility control to ensure compliance.
- Coordinates with facility safety to implement effective safety policies.
- Provide timely coordination ensure proper reviews and notification of projects and utility outages.
- Ensure that the buildings meet all the requirements of the plans and specifications of the contract documents.
- Attend meetings with and provide reports of the identification of any problems or difficulties and recommendations for resolution.
- Prepare reports and perform special projects as required by the contract.
- Complete required training, as required by the site.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Construction Surveillance Technician Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's Degree in ___________________ and/or 3+ years of related professional experience which can be considered a possible substitute a degree.
- Experience performing Intrusion Detection System installation requirement
- Candidates must be US Citizens
- Must complete:
- Site orientation
- Review of the Construction Security Plan
- Site-specific procedures
- ICD-705 training and awareness
- Site-specific P-614 training
- Reporting expectations
- Equipment familiarization
- Access-control and construction surveillance procedures
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
