Pay Range: T4: C$75 | INC: C$90
We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a client engagement within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR modules, proven leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and client teams. This is a part-time role requiring up to 20 hours per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Reliability Clearance (required).
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within Core HR modules.
- Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, learning, and talent review processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
- Previous experience working with clients in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations and transformations.
- Familiarity with HR digital transformation initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Core HR initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Core HR processes and best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure, test, and support Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Mentor and guide project team members while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements within the banking environment.
