Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to support complex application development initiatives within a Federal Government environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong robotic process automation (RPA) and software development experience, a proven track record delivering solutions for public sector organizations, and expertise in system testing and quality assurance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory).
• Experience working with Federal Government clients and Public Sector organizations.
• Strong understanding of government processes, standards, and mission-critical applications.
• Minimum 36 months of experience in Information Technology as an RPA Programmer and/or Software Developer on complex application development projects.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience supporting large-scale government transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA and software development solutions for government clients.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
• Create process diagrams, workflow models, and technical documentation.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Perform unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with government security, quality, and operational standards.
