Position Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes, maintains candidate pipelines, and supports onboarding while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and organizational standards.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct active sourcing to identify qualified candidates for open positions across the ATF NIBIN program.
- Screen resumes and applications against position requirements and labor category standards.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Post job requisitions across approved platforms and maintain accuracy of active listings.
- Support onboarding coordination by ensuring candidates complete required pre-employment documentation.
- Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, EEO requirements, and contract staffing requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting federal contractors or professional services environments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills and Experience (if applicable):
- Experience recruiting for cleared or public trust positions.
- Familiarity with federal contract labor category structures and PWS requirements.
- Experience with ADP, iCIMS, or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
