Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing hazardous waste disposal procedures within state and federal regulations, providing technical support on the proper storage and transportation of hazardous waste, implementation of data systems to support disposal operations and compile reports.

Applicants may also qualify based on education OR a combination of education and experience, in lieu of the one-year specialized experience listed above, through ONE of the following:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree

- You will serve as the Hazardous Waste/Material Specialist for the Combat Center and perform related work required to assist in the day-to-day disposal of hazardous waste/materials from generation sites within the combat center and tenant commands.
- You will ensure hazardous waste/material located within the HWAA are properly identified, contained, labeled, and stored.
- You will coordinate the development and implementation of a data management system to support day to day hazardous waste/material disposal operations and the compilation and submittal of report to cognizant management official.
- You will assist the Hazardous Wate Material Officer with the development and incorporation of hazardous material and waste constraints into the construction and maintenance of improved grounds and facilities.
