We are seeking an experienced people manager to lead our SecureIT Networking team. In this role, you will guide the efforts to support IT networking and standards supporting our closed areas and keep critical information and infrastructure secure. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Support the deployment of IT-related networking equipment in standardized environments
- Work with all SecureIT teams to maintain and publish accurate implementation schedules; receive and inventory hardware components; help develop and maintain thorough documentation for processes and system configurations
- Collaborate with senior IT & Security leaders to deliver compliant, efficient products
- Oversee recruiting, task assignment, scheduling, performance reviews, and other managerial duties for the Networking team
- Provide regular, comprehensive status updates to managers, team leads, project managers, and business partners, and facilitate necessary meetings
- Act as a 2nd/3rd-level escalation point for operational systems, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 12 or more years of IT experience including both technical and people leadership experience with a Bachelor Degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of networking professionals
- 5+ years of closed area networking support
- Knowledge of networking best practices, policies and regulations
- A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization
- Experience and expertise with Cisco networking equipment
- Active Secret security clearance and ability to attain a Top Secret clearance
- Ability to empower team members to make decisions at the most appropriate level, while retaining overall accountability
- Understanding of automation practices and methodologies (Ansible Automation Platform, scripting, etc.)
- Occasional off-hour response to outages and subsequent service restoration efforts is required
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master's degree in Information Technology Management, or similar discipline
- CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent certification), or completed within three months of hire
- Experience and expertise with Juniper networking equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in standing or kneeling positions while installing or connecting computing equipment
