Job Description



We are seeking a mission-driven and highly organized team player to support our team as a Program Manager. An emphasis will be on schedule creation, estimating, and coordination, across an ever-changing government-contract called TSS. This role requires a professional who brings active listening, flexibility, and organization, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. The Program Manager will serve as the central integrator for scheduling, estimating, risk and requirements governance, contract deliverables, financial tracking, and staffing coordination across designated stakeholders.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee creation, management, and maintenance of program schedules using Microsoft Project or Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Coordinate with team leads to monitor progress, allocate resources, and identify schedule risks or delays.
  • Communicate milestones, critical path items, and deadlines in alignment with team-lead expectations.
  • Develop cost estimates based on schedule activities and brief company leadership as required.
  • Prepare written reports, briefings, and meeting documentation; provide timely, actionable information following meetings.
  • Lead the Risk Management Board, ensuring risks and mitigation plans are collected, documented, and communicated.
  • Lead the Requirements Board, gathering requirements, prioritizing them, and communicating priorities across the team.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time following internal review processes.
  • Track budget burn rates and report percent complete for CLIN-level budgets (EVM not required).
  • Compile and deliver monthly contract metrics; may present program updates to company leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with company and customer policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify staffing needs with team leads; develop qualification documents and coordinate with recruiting to source skilled candidates.
  • Provide administrative oversight including visitor requests, seating assignments, and hot-desk scheduling.


Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs or projects within a government-contract environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate program needs and maintain operational momentum.

This position is covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS). Compensation and fringe benefits will be provided in accordance with the applicable U.S. Department of Labor wage determination and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
