Site Reliability & Service Management Integration
  • Partner with SRE, network, and platform teams to ensure configuration data supports availability targets and operational resilience.
  • Provide accurate configuration and dependency data to accelerate incident resolution and problem analysis.
  • Support Change Enablement by ensuring configuration impacts and risks are understood before deployment.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop policies, procedures, and work instructions aligned with ITIL v4 guiding principles.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure configuration accuracy, coverage, and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement across configuration, reliability, and operational practices.
  • Educate stakeholders on configuration management concepts, responsibilities, and value.

Collaboration & Governance
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, operations, security, architecture, and service management teams.
  • Support audits, compliance efforts, and governance reviews by providing authoritative configuration information.
  • Ensure configuration practices align with organizational risk, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with configuration management, CMDB tools, and ITIL v4 practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise network, infrastructure, and platform environments.
