Job Description

Responsibilities

The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a Project Integrator, providing broad programmatic support for the design and execution of portfolio creation and management processes. The candidate will be responsible for process workflow design and the execution of review boards for a cross-functional team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Translate customer intent into annual roadmaps, action plans, requirements, and resource allocation decisions, track program execution against milestones and in preparation for key decision points.
  • Design and orchestrate workflows, business rules, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Track programmatic and administrative actions related to governance processes.
  • Ensure program execution remains within available resource constraints and is aligned with goals.
  • Propose and implement resource realignment, including from multiple sources, as required.
  • Apply knowledge of program planning and execution processes.
  • Apply knowledge of business resource planning practices and cost analysis methodologies.
  • Assist with efforts to evaluate process efficiency.
  • Ability, willingness, and flexibility to aid Subject Matter Experts in ad hoc internet research, graphics development, and executive briefings with minimal guidance.
  • Author program status reports, meeting minutes, communications, and other documentation.
  • Develop presentations and participate in executive-level meetings and program briefings.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities, such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentations.
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, report files, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and compose correspondence.
  • Ability to compose technical documents, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior-level managers in the planning and coordination of programs.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
