Description:What You Will Be Doing
This position is for an Innovation Project Manager within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) LOB and will lead cross-functional, multi-LOB/BA initiatives to create consistent, repeatable procurement processes for both FAR-based and commercial acquisitions. The Innovation Project Manager will drive speed, agility, and innovation across ADP, including unclassified and classified efforts, ensuring supply-chain excellence that aligns with mission-critical objectives. Candidate would be expected to work on-site at least 2 days a week.
Ability to lead teams within various functions and have a growth mindset to enable strategic thinking and driving requiring outside-the-box thinking timely solutions.
Experience with agile procurement frameworks and rapid-fielding logistics
Experience in Subcontract Management with various contracting types and experience with Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Champion digital supply-chain tools (AI analytics, blockchain traceability, SAP, advanced ERP modules) to increase visibility and decision-making speed.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
