Description:This position is for a F-35 Sustainment Program Manager in support of the Annualized Sustainment Portfolio. The PM will be responsible for overseeing Depot Operations performance across both US Depots and OCONUS Product Support Providers (PSP) following component activation. Primary responsibilities include managing depot component repair workload execution, coordinating closely with the LM PMO Activation Team and Depot Repair Managers to ensure effective operations and resource allocation, and serving as the primary customer interface for Depot Operations related activities. The role supports and leads customer working groups as required to drive operational alignment and sustainment performance. Also, this position will manage the Sustainment Automated Test System (ATS) scope and in coordination with RMS, as needed, for successful incorporation with Depot Operations.
In addition to the Depot Management Role, this PM Role will support the Annualized Sustainment PM Organization as different organizational needs arise.
Basic Qualifications:
- Sustainment experience supporting a defense contract
- Strong understanding of F-35 Repair Process
- Strong experience with Depot Operations Management
- Experience as a program manager or a project engineer/lead
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Global Supply Chain and Item Management
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Experience with repair management tools (SAP)
- Experience engaging, managing, and negotiating with government customers and suppliers
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills; capable of briefing senior executives and external customers
- Demonstrated experience driving the execution of large scale projects
- Experience coordinating, digesting, and articulating large amounts of data
- Experience with Depot Test Systems
- Extremely detail oriented

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
