Credence has an immediate need for a Property Accountability Specialist (Logistic) to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. The PM PNT program provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support Services in accordance with Army regulations, policies, and applicable guidance, including AR 770-2, AR 770-3, AR 700-127, AR 70-1, AR 750-1, AR 735-5, AR 710-3, DoDI 5000.02, and United States Code Title 10, Sections 2466 and 2464.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute classified and unclassified logistics efforts in support of PM PNT programs, initiatives, and goals.
  • Develop, review, and provide comments on product support and logistics documentation for PM PNT products, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Core Logistics Analyses (CLA), Core Depot Assessments (CDA), Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) analyses, Integrated Logistics Assessments (ILA), materiel release and type classification packages, Item Unique Identification (IUID) plans, product support Business Case Analyses (BCA), independent logistics assessment documents, and associated logistics Acquisition Decision Memorandums.
  • Inspect incoming equipment shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and applicable forms including DD Form 1149, DD Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1150, DD Form 2062, and DD Form 3161, identify damage or defects, update inventory records, and ensure items meet quality standards and are stored appropriately.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting proper packaging, labeling items, arranging transportation, coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, and ensuring shipments comply with government and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, organize storage areas efficiently, conduct regular inventory counts, prepare and pack shipments, and support general operations to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including serial numbers, lot numbers, and shipment details, handle shipping and receiving documentation, and update physical inventory systems.
  • Work closely with PM staff, OEMs, delivery services, and internal departments to track shipments, resolve issues, provide status updates, coordinate transportation, and communicate shipment readiness.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), develop product support initiatives, and provide schedule inputs for PM PNT systems.
  • Prepare and provide input to short- and long-range logistics and product support planning, including analysis and recommended changes to logistics resource planning and budget products derived from logistics requirements, and assist with the planning and coordination of OPS-29 or depot maintenance budget processes and POM Program Reviews.
  • Assist in the development of internal controls, policy standards, and procedures in response to new policy, laws, and directives.
  • Support fielding synchronization meetings by coordinating, preparing, and briefing information associated with PM PNT systems in support of PM PNT product integrated master schedules.
  • Support logistics audits and audit readiness testing by maintaining, collecting, reviewing, updating, and providing logistics and sustainment documentation to PM PNT, including support for Army Audit Agency, ASA Financial Management and Comptroller General Equipment audits, DA/G4/Logistics Innovation Agency follow-on audits, and Department of Defense Inspector General audit activities.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and commenting on SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and associated acquisition documentation, and provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation.


Requirements

Education, Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have at least a Secret security clearance; ability to participate in classified (Secret and Top-Secret) meetings is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a specialized field with three (3) years of experience in DoD logistics, or a master's degree in a specialized field with one (1) year of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Could travel up to 30%
